| Placing Your Order - You can place your order via the internet or by calling Customer Services on 020 7093 3585. Once you have placed your order, we will confirm receipt of the order to you by return email or post. Orders are accepted by us on the basis that you have read, understood and agreed our standard terms and conditions of sale, a copy of which are on our web-site. Your details - When placing your order, please ensure that your email address and daytime telephone numbers are given should we need to contact you. Changing Your Mind - You may cancel your order at any time from the date you place your order until 7 days after receiving the goods by giving us written notification (either by email or post). Please note: - if you wish to cancel your order before the goods have been dispatched, you must notify us in writing. A refund will be made to you within 14 days of receipt of your cancelled order; or - if you wish to cancel your order and we have already dispatched the goods to you, then you must return the goods to us by post within 21 days from the date you send us the notification of cancellation. Please remember to quote your order number on all correspondence with us. We accept the following debit and credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo,UK Maestro and VisaElectron.
