Returns Policy
| If you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return it, you must notify us in writing (either by email or post) within 7 days of receiving it. You must then return it to us within 21 days of such notification. Upon receipt, we will issue you with a full refund. Please note that we can only accept returned goods that are undamaged and unsoiled with all labelling intact. You will need to arrange the return yourself and meet any costs incurred. All our products are 100% guaranteed and you have the right to return any defective or faulty goods to us within 14 days of delivery (this does not affect your statutory rights). We will provide you with, at your election, either: - replacement goods, reimbursing any return delivery costs you may have incurred; or - a credit note and reimbursement of delivery costs; or - a full refund and reimbursement of deliver costs. Please note that we cannot accept liability for the loss or damage of returned orders. We can only provide you with a refund if the goods are returned to us by Recorded Delivery.
